I inherited a SONOS sound system when I bought my house. All was working until I swapped Internet Provider. I downloaded the latest Sonos app from Apple Store but cannot connect multiple speakers wirelessly. Would my Play 1 model speakers be incompatible with the app? I have been able to connect one speaker via an ethernet cable,
OK you are basically there if you have connected one speaker via Ethernet and it’s working. Please confirm that that speaker has any Sonos playlists, music services etc that you had created / added.
If that is the case, you have temporarily set up as a wired setup. That is not a problem. Please confirm which Sonos devices you own so that we can give the best advice.
I have two Play 1 speakers. Recently changed internet providers and cannot change them to the new provider. Help, please.

Still try setting your SSID and Passphrase to the same as your old provider’s.
