I have two play fives one sub woofer and one play one. I am moving to Portugal. Please tell me if any necessary adapters will be needed or can I just plug and play which I really am praying for.

You just need a travel adapter for type F plug (EU) - no need for a voltage converter as Sonos devices will handle 230v at 50Hz
You can purchase new power cables from Sonos with the type F plug.
