Question

MOSFET M054

I’ve gone through all the conversations already. One member mentioned replacing this part with a new one, but the rest are just asking if anyone can help find the part. The part in question is an enhanced P-Channel MOSFET, "M054". I’m aware that some boards have the "G64", which corresponds to the DMP3050LVT, but that’s not what I’m looking for. I’m trying to find someone who has actually replaced this component. If there’s any information from the SONOS tech department, I would really appreciate it.

It’s unbelievable how cheap electrolytics caused this issue. The only capacitor that didn’t have ESR and was within its nominal capacitance was a Nichicon, which is quite ironic. As for the JACKCON capacitors, well… let’s just say, not the best choice—unless the developer intentionally programmed it that way, perhaps to push obsolescence under the radar.
