Mobile device cannot connect to beam

Hi,

Apologies if this has been asked before. I am a sonos owner for over 10 years and fairly familiar with the software issues however I have just made some changes to my network (same router) but I cannot get my products to connect. Network is 2.4ghz...WPA2. Every time i go through the wizard I get the mobile device cannot connect to beam, although I am stood right next to it. Any suggestions….driving me crazy. I am unable to reset anything as this is greyed out on the app. Thanks

Try connecting with an Ethernet cable temporarily.

Also try powering off router and speakers. After a few minutes, restart the router. When it’s fully restarted and wifi established, restart the Beam. When it’s fully started, power up any other speakers, one at a time. 

Remember, your mobile device is trying to connect to the router, and the router is attempting to connect to the Beam. Standing right next to the Beam doesn’t really make any difference.
