Issue using Sonos One SL

I have 3 speakers… 2 Sonos One SL and 1 Sonos Roam.  I have them set up in a Group.

I can tell Alexa to play a Sirius Chanel on the Group and all 3 speakers work.

If I try to use an iPhone or a Mac, I can ‘select’  each speaker but only 1 Sonos One SL and the Sonos Roam connect and work.  I get a message  ‘Airplay- Unable to connect to’ the other Sonos One SL (which, as I said, works from from Alexa to the group just fine.)

Help!

Thanks,

Dave

How are you ‘sending’ the signal via AirPlay 2?

You should not be sending the signal via the AirPlay 2 to each of the three speakers, just one of them. The Sonos software would then share that signal with the other two speakers that are in the ‘group’, without needing to use the extra bandwidth created by AirPlay 2.

When using the AIRPLAY icon, all 3 speakers are listed.  I can select 2 but not 3. The 2 selected work.

Don’t use AirPlay 2 to send to all three speakers. Follow the instructions in my previous post.
