Is this normal for a Beam gen 2?

The video shows how my beam gen 2 flexes up and down when pressed, is it normal or is it some qc problem which took place and this product slipped through it, just so you guys know I purchased this yesterday itself and it has been like that since it came out of the box. Is this normal for a beam gen2?, please do let me know!, i will opt for a replacement from the retailer I have purchased regardless. But i do want to know whether its normal or not since i will be getting it again and want to make sure if its okay or not. Thank you so much guys!

Hi ​@White Crescent, welcome to the Sonos Community and thanks for sharing the video. 

After watching, I would suggest returning the Beam Gen 2 to the retailer you purchased it from for a refund or replacement. In your video, it looks like the Beam isn’t sealed correctly: there’s a visible seam which is why you can press down on it on either side. There’s also a possibility of it causing rattling at higher volumes.
