Sonos is up-to-date and is connected to the same net work as my phone same Wi-Fi. I’ve tried to connect it to airplay. It won’t connect to airplay. I’ve done factory reset on it. I’ve unplugged it. I’ll try to connect it to the Bluetooth. Does anybody have any answers?

A Play:1 is not an Airplay compatible Sonos device and unfortunately it does not have a Bluetooth RX either - so you’re out of luck it seems. You will need a more modern Sonos product to have these things, like the new Era-100 speaker, for example.
