If so, are you able to reply here with the error message or upload a screenshot of the message. If you’re not getting an error message, where does the installation fail specifically as it could change what steps you should do.

So you have some steps to try, I’d recommend rebooting your Sonos system and network by powering off; your router, any additional networking equipment, Era 100, and controller running the Sonos app for one to two minutes. 

If you reply here with the error or step the app is stuck on, then I or another community member can reply with further troubleshooting steps.
