I recently bought my first Sonos device, the Era 100, but I haven’t been able to use it yet. It’s impossible to connect it using the Sonos app on Android or iOS. Everything seems fine at first, but then it doesn’t work. Most of the time, I can’t add the device to my system. On a few occasions, I managed to add the device to my living room, but the process failed with an error code 801.
I’m feeling really frustrated—please help me!
