I’ve never seen the mods close anything, positive or negative, that didn’t break the terms of use of this forum.

In my experience, the mods are far harsher on those who defend Sonos than those who critique it. Push back on a rant such as the above is far more likely to be censured than the actual rant itself, no matter how many vulgar insults and outright lies it contains.
