I haven’t used my Sonos for a few months. I trued to use today and only one of my speakers are working and n one room. The other won’t sync—it’s on. Account tells me to sign in and sign out. Having trouble doing both/either so I can’t get anything done

I’d be checking for updates, both on your controller, and in the controller for the speakers.
If that doesn’t work, I’d call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.
When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
