Sonos sent me a replacement for my sub and I’m returning the defective one. I’ve removed the old sub from the system and then reset it. I then added the new one. However the old one is showing as not connected in the app and it’s prompting me to connect.

 

How can I make sure the old sub disappears from my system? When I access my account on the Sonos website I can still see in the system page.

Do nothing.  It will disappear on its own.
