Bought at best buy and after the app update and losing all my playlists i hope this company goes bankrupt and want to return How do I return if its been sitting in the box it came in for six months. Its the move 2

Ask the retailer, not us users.
Admittedly if I had an update that virtually ‘bricked’ any purchased device. I don’t think I’d leave it sat in its box for 6 months before asking “How do I return it? I’d have spoken to the Best Buy Staff and sorted it at the point of sale, within days, rather than letting it just sit around for so many months.
