My Sonos app will not recognize my sub nor my play 1 speakers. Just changed phone recently to an Apple 16. Trying to switch to Verizon wireless. It was all working fine before those changes. I tried to turn off, sign out, disconnect and reconnect, delete the app and the download the app and tried a factory reset in which the app will not allow me to do, any other options out there, is anyone having the same problems ??

Sonos’ guide for new networks is here: https://support.sonos.com/en-us/article/connect-sonos-to-a-new-router-or-wi-fi-network

For future reference, the easiest way to change is to configure the new router to have the same SSID and password as the old. Then Sonos devices see no change.
If you’ve factory reset the speakers you need to treat them as if you’re configuring a new system. It can be easier to have the Pkay:1 connected by Ethernet cable during setup. Once you’ve established the stereo pair, add the Sub.
