I can’t help but to say, if it’s of any consolation, I can’t setup my new Symfonisk picture frame either. Gets stuck in a loop of failing during Finalizing.

Apparently, if you can use the old app, you can update with that, but when I tried the app was forcing me to update regardless. So I’m stuck without a working speaker, same as you! Absolute joke.

Was having the exact same issues with my new move speaker, and support gave me the run around.

For anyone else having issues getting a new product setup, go find a friend with an android. After installing the old version of the app (16.1) via apk mirror, everything was up and running in less than a minute. So yeah, new app was a colossal PITA and cost me probably 8 hours of troubleshooting and support calls

I just purchased a Sonos today because I was assured the App experience and ease of use was second to none. I feel I have made a big mistake. Brand new out of the box, and I’m yet to play any music 3 hours later. Constant update crash during initial setup loop.

Good news. Got home from work today, ready to tackle the problem for another few hours, and there is an update to the Sonos app which has fixed the problem. I’m now up and running!
