I was very happy with sonos until last year when I replaced sonos playbar with arc. I lost deep bass now with arc (arc, 2 sonos ONE and Sub) the bass is really hollow like some cheap speakers.
And recently if I unplug the speaker for few minutes I lose all the speakers. So frustrating to reconnect them back.

Sorry to hear your troubles with Bass. You have two options:
1. In the room with the Arc in the EQ you can turn on loudness which increases low-end
2. You can increase the Bass response in the sub EQ.
If you unplug the Arc or any Sonos soundbar you will not be able to use the surrounds as separate speakers or as a stereo pair. It would true even if you didn’t unplug the Arc. Surrounds when Bonded to a Sonos soundbar cease to be independent speakers as all audio received is sent by the soundbar. It was true for the Playbar as well.
If you were previously able to use your Ones after unplugging the Playbar then they were not set as surrounds. You must have been Grouping them with the Playbar.
Edit: Anytime the Sonos soundbar is unplugged it will take a few minutes for the surrounds and sub to rejoin upon replugging the soundbar into power.

Remember that Sonos “speakers” are computers too. In the same way that a computer takes a short while to start up (quicker - yes, but a device for different purposes), or your router is slow to start and establish a wifi network, a Sonos speaker has to do all that too, before it can look for other speakers on the network.
