I’ve been having issues with streaming my music library through Sonus for over a year, so am finally looking at buying a Bluetooth speaker, probably the Era 100. Can I then link it to my existing Play 1 speakers, so I don’t have to replace everything?

As long as you are running the latest Sonos app and not S1, then the Era 100 and Play:1 can be in the same system, so you can group them together.

Thanks Mr T. I always update the app whenever prompted, so presumably I’d be running the right version?

Yes, looking at your previous posts, you are running S2 so you are on the right version.

Have you sent Sonos a diagnostic taken when you were having issues with your music library, and then called them to have it looked at?

The support folks have access to a lot of stuff we users don't and can often spot an issue and give you a fix.
