Only by grouping. You can have them in the same physical room, but not the same Sonos room.
You can create 2 stereo pairs then group together, or have all 4 as individual rooms grouped together, or combination thereof.

If you stereo pair the speakers they will show as two separate Sonos rooms in the app.
For instance, the rooms could be called Living Room and Living Room 2 (each with a stereo pair of speakers). The actual names of the rooms are not important and can easily be changed. You would then group the two rooms together if you wanted all 4 speakers to play at once.
