When streaming YouTube all Sonos products randomly go to green and volume goes away and switches back to tv.

testing if disabiling consistent volume setting in YouTube fixes this.

Sonos support please advise.

Sonos Support doesn’t frequent this Community forum, you would need to call them directly to speak with them.

I haven’t read the LED states FAQ recently, but if memory serves, ‘going green’ means that your Sonos devices are connected to your network and/or temporarily muting. Before calling in, I’d probably read the wifi interference FAQ, and also do a network refresh, by unplugging all Sonos devices from power, then rebooting the router. I’d give the router a couple of minutes to come back up before plugging in the Sonos devices.

If that fails to clear the issue, I’d call in.
