HI - we were trying to buy about 6 different models to set up our home on Sonos a few weeks ago. I didn’t realize that they were really on-sale. I thought it was just the usual “this is MSRP but your price is this” because Costco, Amazon, Sonos and Best Buy were all the same. Does anyone know they are going back on sale? Or did i miss the boat for a while?

Probably missed the boat, but you can never be sure!
No one on this forum sets the sales price. I’d guess, and stress that it is a guess, that there may be some discounts around Black Friday, but that may not happen, and if it does, is probably only going to be on some, not all devices.
Sonos has been in crisis mode for the last 4.5 months with their disaster app. It’s getting better but just so you are aware there are still a lot of people having issues so buyer beware, make sure you can return easily
That said it’s almost certain they will have Black Friday sales. Personally I would wait
They also appear to be set to launch 2 new products Arc Ultra and Sub Gen4. Totally worth it to wait if you are considering a sound bar and/or sub
