I’ve reset the lamp several times. Sometimes while plugged into the router and other times not. When I plug it into the router the speaker works with streaming services, when it’s on wifi only nothing works. Still shows up in the Sonos app on wifi and I can control status light and touch controls so it’s somewhat connected, but no streaming services work with it.

Is it being used as a Surround and have you switched off “WiFi” on the soundbar? That is a common issue as the Sonos WiFi label is misleading as it is actually RADIO on/off.
If not, wire it up, get it working, submit a diagnostic and call Sonos to have it looked at. They should be able to see if it is a hardware/radio failure or something else.
