I have exactly same issue.

Just bought 4 pcs Era300, 2 Era100, 1 arc and 1 sub.

Same issue. Cant update the product from the app. It fails by 1000, 1001 or 1002.

I have tried also tried both with LAN and wireless 2,4.

I have tried from PC, triede to downgrade app. Nothing seems to work.

Guess I need to get my money back and buy other product.

Same for me… passed 3hr on chat they can’t do anything, now I have to call and after engineers will look into it
