Is there anyway to get email notification from Sonos when they have availability of refurbished items, in my case in after 2 Era 300 white?

Not that I’m aware of, no.
Certified refurbished White Era 300s are available from the Sonos Official store on eBay.
I don’t know why the refurbished stock levels on eBay do not mirror the refurbished section on Sonos.com
