era 300 won’t play music

Hi

My era 300 shows up on the system list however it will not play any music at all through the Sonos app.

I’ve connected to it with Bluetooth and that does work.

I’ve tried playing music through the app with just the era 300, tried it grouped with other speakers but no luck so far.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated

If you stream music to another speaker, and then group add the Era 300, what happens? Just no music to the Era? An error message? Current speaker also stops playing? Something else?

Hi 👋 

when a play music to another speaker, which does work, then introduce the era 300 to that same group I get the error message “Unable to connect try again later”
