After trouble shooting why the Era 300 does not response, reset one of the speaker to factory reset.  Overnight, the other speaker came back, the speaker that was factory reset was not allow to add back as a new speaker.  It keep on asking to do a factory reset.  Performed the factory reset again, but would not able to add to the system.  The app keep on giving instruction to perform a factory reset.  Could not get out of this loop.

Try connecting the the speaker to your router via Ethernet. However you will need to purchase the Sonos branded Ethernet adapter.

If you’d rather not try the above I suggest you call Sonos tech support.
