Era 300 Snap, Crackle, Pop

Purchased Eros300 2 years ago.  I have to say I am extremely unhappy with how the entire system performs.  Connection issues, now we r battling with the above.  The number of updates that are rolled out are always posing a new problem.  I have about 3+ invested in Sonos which is why I am hesitant to sell it and move on to something else.  Anyone have any suggestions?

Call support and have them investigate both your connection issues and the 300 noises.

If you can catch connection issues in progress quickly submit a diagnostic and note the number.

Do the same if you can catch the 300's noises.

Once captured Sonos support can look at them when you have time to call in.
