Era 300's neither in paired or surround mode, when playing Suddenly volume exploding

Well, I have Arc Ultra, 2 Era 300's ,& mini sub.

Surround sound seems lame to me. Having minimal experience with Sonos I'm still learning placement, etc. removing surround sound nor pairing my '300's I like having 3 control sliders so I'm using that lately to hear the Arc & 2'300's. . However unexpectedly the volume goes crazy & shoots up to the sky. I think others have had this problem also.

After removing surround sound mode, decided to not pairi in stereo my '300's (I like  as  result my display then has  3 control sliders for sound control) so I'm using that lately to hear the Arc & 2'300's. . What music are you playing?

The volume on all three or just one?
