Hey there!

A few weeks ago I moved to another department, so I noticed than the volume of the spekaer it’s lower than a normal use on the another department. 

The room size it’s very similar and the wall material too. 

For example, on the another departen used level 30 and on the new the normal volume it’s level 55-60. The Atmos sounds a little lower than stereo.

I tried factory reset and setup trueplay to many times but nothing works.

Someone haped a simmilar issue?
