Start with the Official Sonos audio input adaptor. It works, most others don't and can't be made to.

Next you need a converter from your TV to 3.5 mm stereo, male. Can't help there as it has to work with your TV that I don't know anything about.

You will of course have the 75 ms audio delay you get when not connecting to an HDMI Sonos device.

I don’t know your financial situation but you would be better off to purchase a Sonos Ray for the TV; if cost is a concern versus the Beam2, not to mention the ArcUltra. Another option is to return the Era 300 in exchange for a  Beam2 or Ray. Either option will offer better TV sound and less hassle.

Remember any analog input on Sonos comes with a 75ms delay. The Era 300 is not made for your use case; Sonos soundbars are.
