My era 300s are in surround mode with my beam gen 2. Does prevent me connecting with Bluetooth? I've followed all the online help files re connecting Bluetooth. Neither speaker has a blue light come on when the button is pressed. I'm connected to Wi-Fi securely. Hopefully there is an answer out there.

In fact @Exman, the Sonos App screens do mentions that BT & Line-In will be unavailable when you initially bond the Era 300 surrounds to your Sonos Home Theatre. See attached.
