Era 300 Bass disortion

Hi, 

I've some weird behaviour with my pair of sonos era 300s:

Most music sounds good (especially after latest update) with my current settings (Bass +5, treble +8). Rock, metal, stereo and dolby atmos either.

If I play Rammstein RMX by twocolors, it has too much bass (even if I reduce my Bass settings). The Bass is sort of issue known as car speaker disortion. 

I haven't done further tests with other bass-based tracks but with track above my ears hurt..

You’re best bet would be to call Sonos Support directly to discuss it. Support doesn’t frequent these forums, only forum moderators. 

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and network.
