I have problem with my Era 100 Mount. One is OK but the second doesnt fix in the position. The speaker keeps falling down. You can see it on video: https://drive.google.com/file/d/10sSN3pXBeF_8prD1lp0xoic3YZesSQc8/view?usp=drive_link

Can you give me some advice?

Have you tightened the collar, per the guide?

To adjust for optimal sound, unlock the speaker by rotating the collar on the mount 90° counterclockwise. Reposition the speaker, then rotate the collar 90° clockwise to lock.

Hello! Yes, of course. I have two wall mounts. One is fine, but only one is bad. It was resolved by sonos customer service.
