Hi, I bought 2 Era 100 a couple of months ago, and they have been cutting in and out often when in a stero pair. The primary speaker is always good, but the secondary cuts in and out frequently. Please help!
They’re connected to a 5GHZ WIFI.

Worth checking the SNR on each. Select the speaker under products in the manage section for that room, then select network. For the best performance an SNR of 40dB or greater is ideal in my experience.
