Hi All, New Sonos ERA-100 set-up issue. I cannot get my cellphone to Bluetooth to pair will speakers.
But! But I have been able to do it with my laptop. My goal is to stream music from non-Sonos sources. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Turn off the pairing between your laptop and the speakers, Bluetooth normally can connect one device at a time. Sometimes, it’s smart enough to recognize priority, but not always. Not sure whether that’s dependent on the receiving device (which makes more sense) or the sending device, but either way, try ‘killing’ your other connection.
