When I’d like to listen to some music, I optimistically revisit my Sonos speaker. For a few months out of 3 years it was working with Amazon, glitchy but tolerantly okay.  The rest of the time I spend an hour resetting the internet, rebooting my iPad, following all the instruction from Amazon and Sonos. reading endless forums then putting the speaker back in the closet. My entire playlists all say unable to connect to Amazon. Or unable to play, try later. Maybe a techy might get it going or not, And kill me by explaining it. I confidently deleted my Sonos app and took the speaker to the electronics recycle drop off.  I feel liberated.

I’m delighted you feel liberated, but I am truly sorry you never asked the community here for assistance, nor apparently called in to Sonos support for assistance with your network issues.

Thank you, I did read same issues, I was just frustrated and needed to vent. I’m glad I’m free from it though.
