New Sonos App is dog turd!! The last one wasn't great tbh but this is a whole new level of amateurish!! It seems you have employed a bunch of 8 year olds to create it? I want a refund for false advertising please, as when I researched which speaker to buy for sound, connectivity etc this company name/brand appeared to be the one for me, well it's not!! Shocking in every way except the sound. So I will be getting another speaker from elsewhere. Fix the issues for crying out loud, or even better, don't offer them services if you aren't capable of providing it, thanks.
P.s- the help suggestions given whenever there is an issue always suggests a "Factory Reset" , as if we should have to do that everytime
