I’ve started to get Crackle only on Spotify on play 3 and play 1 but not on beam, only on spotify and not any any other service. tried re-locating, re-installing apps, putting everything on same network, different controllers etc.

You’ll want to call in to Sonos Support to discuss it. And to edit your post to remove the diagnostic, Sonos doesn’t allow them to be mentioned here, although as far as I’m aware, we don’t have any access to them.
I’d guess some sort of wifi interference , but without much data, it’s hard to tell. It also could be a failure on the soeaker’s hardware, but on two at the same time is hard to believe. Once you call in, they should be able to read the data, and help you.
