One of my speaker, a Play:1, is waving a constant white noise when activated. It’s silent when not used but if I launch some music, it plays the music with the white noise on top of it.
Is there anything I can do to fix this ?
The speaker is a Play:1 used in a pair. The white noise stays when un-paired and whatever service is being played to it. The other Play:1 works fine.

Play something to get the noise, submit a diagnostic and call Sonos support, likely it will need replaced. Support may be able to offer you some consideration if you need to replace it.
