Unfortunately, Sonos Ones are not designed to be connected to TVs directly. You could use them as surround speakers when connected to a Sonos device that is designed to be connected to your TV, such as the Sonos Ray, the Sonos Beam, the Sonos Arc, or the Sonos Ultra.
