Connectivity Issues

We have had Sonos speakers for several years, but we keep losing connectivity and have to reset everything. We have a Google mesh system throughout the house, so WiFi is not the issue. We are ready to throw it all out, it’s a horrible experience. How do we fix this?

Sonos devices talk to each other. A lot. The fact you are using a mesh system could lead to conflicts with the Sonos devices. So it could still be your WiFi. You could call Sonos and speak to them about it.

Please stop resetting your devices. As the FAQ says, this isn’t going to fix connectivity issues, as you have proven. Fix your network configuration.

If they are older pre era speakers, you could ty ethernet cable to one device, and use sonos own sonosnet network instead of wifi

sonophone app on Ios might help £4

not long term fixes, but might buy you some sleep ;O)
