My WiFi is working as I’m streaming Netflix.
yet my Sonos is not connecting to play music

Hello Maria, try restarting the router and then try a music service or radio available in your area...if the wifi works...it should also play on Sonos.

If just the router reboot doesn't work, power down ALL Sonos then reboot the router and power the Sonos back up.
