I have Sonos SL One in 3 rooms. I don’t keep them switched on. When i want to use one, say in the kitchen, it doesn’t always connect. I run through the prompts, disconnect the router and sometimes the product works and sometimes it doesn’t. i have a good internet connection. Rather frustrating as generally happy with Sonos. Any tips?

Why are you turning your devices off?  They will go into Energy Saving mode within a few mins of inactivity and are designed to be left on.  Also, constantly turning them on and off will shorten their life.

How are your devices connected, via Wi-Fi or do you have one hardwired and use SonosNet?

Thanks a lot. I will keep the units on. They are connected via Wi-Fi.
