Too late but: Don't factory reset, that usually makes things worse.
Since the factory reset wiped your configuration, settings, services, Playlist and more all you can do now is a full new install.
Power down ALL Sonos, reboot router and controller.
Do a factory reset on ONE Sonos, go through the full installation process, just like when you first got the speakers.
Once the first is up and running factory reset a second and add it (using the App's Add function) to the first speaker.
One at a time, do the rest.
Readd your services, recreate your playlists.
