Hello! 

i have two the sonos era 100 and i can succesfully connect to one on the app and my phone but for what is the second era 100 i can connect to my phone but not the app.. also when it is connected to my phone no sound from the phone is coming out but you can hear the original noises from the speaker does anyone have any ideas?

I’m afraid I don’t understand the difference between connecting to your phone and connecting to the app on your phone…do you mean you’re able to connect to the Sonos Era 100 via Bluetooth without issue, or perhaps AirPlay 2 without issue, but you were unable to ‘add a device’ when looking at your first speaker in the Sonos app? 

It might be helpful to describe your network, too. I can see situations in which each speaker is set up on separate subnets on an improperly configured mesh network. 

I’d certainly be tempted to call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
