connection errors

My sonos isn't working and it says not connected to the WiFi. But It is. I've had nearly 4 hours on the phone with 4 different sonos advisers and no joy. Anyone got any ideas please

If on iOS make sure the app has “local network” permission and that you do not have a VPN. If not on iOS, tell us what platform you are on.

Did this use to work, or are you a new customer with no prior Sonos setup?

hello, what sonos speaker are you using?what device are you using? (computer or phone)check if your wi-fi is in the 2.4 Ghz standard, some sound speakers are not compatible with 5 Ghz.Cordially
