Connecting SONOS ONE SL via APP.

Having purchased 2 SONOS ONE SL speakers recently is there a way to connect them via the new SONOS app. It appears to connect and then cannot be found.

SONOS support suggests a “ chat” which forwards me to a phone number which hangs up after about 20 minutes .
