Why can’t I connect my Beam

Oh yeah. Duh. Sorry about that. I am getting sound now through the Beam. But it isn’t showing up on the app. My One SL’s are powered and still don’t show on the app either. They don’t even have sound.
I’ve done the whole unplug speakers and even unplugged AND held the sync button while re plugging it in and holding it down until it flashed Orange. Still nothing. App won’t recognize them. WiFi does.
