Hi, code error 6 again… really like sonos but , every 2-3 months there is an issue with the system.. My wifi runs great.. Don't mind paying those expensive speakers but its pretty annoying to always have to shut down things 2-3 times to make things work. is there a simple solution. I have 2 play 5 in one room , Arc SL, 2 ONE SL and one sub in another room.. update required , not working when trying to updated , problem with updating system , not able to update..

Sounds like some of your devices have not successfully updated.. a few things to try.
- Reserve unique IP addresses for your Sonos products in the routers DHCP reservation table.
- Reboot the router
- Ensure all devices appear in your Sonos App. If not, then power-cycle the missing products.
- When all are present & correct run the Sonos update - note you may need to run it twice in some instances. Also ensure your controller device meets the system requirements shown in the link below:
