I have all my Sonos speakers showing in Apple Music, but whenever I choose to play through a Sonos speaker it plays for 2 seconds and then the sound stops. However the Sonos App shows that music should be playing.
Anyone else had this problem?

Hi
I’m sorry to hear that you’re having playback issue with Apple Music. Usually when playback is interrupted, it can be due to interference or connection issues. I’d recommend taking a look at our wireless interference article and following the information listed there, but the most common cause is other devices and electronics being too close to Sonos and causing issues. It’s recommended to keep Sonos products at least 18” (0.5m) away from any other electronic devices.
If you’ve done the above and still have issues then I’d suggest using a different device as the group coordinator, which is just our word for the speaker you start playback on before you group other speakers. I can see you have a Play:3 listed on your community profile. I’d recommend making sure this isn’t the group coordinator, as the Play:3 has a lower memory than our newer speakers making a new device a better choice for group coordinator. I’d also suggest trying to temporarily wire a speaker to your router to see if that prevents the music from stopping after a few seconds.
If you’ve tried the above and still have the issue occur, then it would be best to contact our support team for further troubleshooting assistance, as they have the necessary tools available to resolve this issue with you.
I hope this information helps!
