I changed my WiFi network but could not connect my Sonos one speaker to the new network. I followed the instructions to do a factory reset twice. Both times I was told that the reset had worked and the device was connected to the new network. However, there are on devices recognised in my app. The instructions were to switch the deice off and back in to recognise the device but this did not work. Extremely frustrating! Can anyone help.
